Job Description
1. Paid Advertising Management (Core Role)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
LinkedIn Ads (for B2B)
Monitor budgets, bids, and targeting
Perform A/B testing for ads and landing pages
2. Campaign Optimization
Continuously improve campaigns based on performance data
Reduce Cost Per Click (CPC) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Increase conversion rates and ROI
Adjust keywords, creatives, and audience targeting
3. Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
Analyze metrics such as:
CTR (Click Through Rate)
Conversion Rate
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Create daily/weekly/monthly reports
4. Conversion Tracking & Attribution
Set up tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google tags)
Monitor user behavior and conversion funnels
Ensure proper attribution of leads and sales
5. Keyword & Audience Research
Conduct keyword research for search campaigns
Identify high-performing audience segments
Use retargeting and lookalike audiences
6. Landing Page Optimization
Work with design/content teams to improve landing pages
Ensure pages are conversion-focused (CTA, speed, UX)
Run A/B tests for better results
7. Budget Management
Allocate and manage advertising budgets efficiently
Scale high-performing campaigns
Pause or optimize underperforming campaigns
8. Competitor & Market Analysis
Monitor competitor ad strategies
Stay updated with digital trends and platform changes
Suggest new growth opportunities

Strong knowledge of PPC advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Analytical mindset and data interpretation skills
Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
