Marketing Manager – Multi-Vertical (Digital Marketing & Growth)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand communication across all platforms.
• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators to deliver engaging marketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute short-form video and content marketing strategies.
• Manage company websites and coordinate updates with developers.
• Improve website SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profiles.
• Build and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Manage Google Business Profiles for multiple business locations and improve online ratings and reviews.
• Execute outlet-level marketing campaigns, product launches, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.
• Manage product listings and promotional campaigns on Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Track campaign performance, prepare marketing reports, and optimize campaigns based on data and insights.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing channels.
• Work closely with the Founder and cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience with Google Ads is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile, and website management.
• Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars.
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPL.
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience coordinating video shoots and marketing content production.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with high ownership.

Preferred Experience

• Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Retail, D2C, or Marketplace businesses.
• Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart).
• Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and email marketing tools.
• Influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
