Role
We are looking for a high-performing, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing engine. In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize our entire online presence. Your primary mission is to build a powerful brand, generate high-quality leads for our sales team, and scale our customer acquisition efforts across all digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Growth & Lead Generation: Design, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with a hyper-focus on high-intent lead generation for real estate services.
SEO & Content Strategy: Oversee content marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to rank for high-value local and national property service keywords.
Social Media & Brand Building: Elevate Estatesquad's brand across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube by creating engaging, authoritative content that builds trust with property owners and buyers.
Analytics & Performance Tracking: Set up, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including CAC (Cost Per Acquisition), CPL (Cost Per Lead), ROI, and conversion rates using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and CRM dashboards.
Marketing Automation: Build and manage email/WhatsApp marketing sequences to nurture leads from cold prospects into hot real estate clients.
Website & Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with designers/developers to build high-converting landing pages, running A/B tests to maximize visitor-to-lead conversion rates.
To succeed in this role at Estatesquad, you will need a blend of technical capability, strategic thinking, and creative insight.
Performance Marketing: Expert-level mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), and Retargeting/Remarketing strategies.
SEO & Analytics: Proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) and analytics suites (GA4, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio).
CRM & Automation: Experience handling CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce) and automation platforms (Zapier, Mailchimp, or WhatsApp business API automation).
Basic Design & Video Concepts: Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Suite to quickly guide or tweak creative assets, alongside a basic understanding of video hooks for short-form real estate content (Reels/Shorts).
Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in Real Estate, PropTech, High-Ticket B2C, or Premium Services.
