Job Requirement:

Going to School is looking for energetic trainers to work directly in government schools with

girls in Grades 6–10.

This is a hands-on, field role where you will teach digital, life, and entrepreneurial skills

through stories, activities, games, and projects. The goal is to help girls build confidence,

real-world skills, and pathways to future careers and enterprises.

What You Will Do

• Deliver digital skills sessions in schools

• Teach using laptops, mobile devices, and offline tools

• Run interactive activities, games, and projects

• Support girls in building confidence and communication

• Track progress and submit simple daily reports

• Capture stories and learning from the field

• Work in pairs and travel locally to schools

What You Will Teach (Grades 6–10)

• Digital literacy, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Internet use, research, and online safety

• Email communication and digital etiquette

• Coding basics (Scratch / intro Python)

• Data handling and simple analysis

• Career awareness (health, nutrition, media, sports)

• Advanced skills (Grade 9–10): cyber safety, data, projects, employment tools

• Enjoys working with students, especially girls

• Is confident, practical, and enjoys field work

• Can make learning simple and engaging

• Is comfortable using technology

• Is open to learning and adapting

Skills Required

• Digital literacy (MS Office, internet tools)

• Basic coding exposure (preferred)

• Communication & classroom facilitation

• Understanding of online safety

• Ability to document and report

Bonus: Experience with Scratch/Python or sports-based learning
