Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive (Fresher) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing online store operations, product listings, order processing, and supporting digital sales activities.
Responsibilities:
• Upload and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms.
• Update product details, pricing, images, and inventory.
• Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide support.
• Assist in promotional campaigns and online marketing activities.
• Generate sales and inventory reports as required.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the online store.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and internet applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
