Job Description
The individual should be able to understand PCB design, do hands-on soldering work, assembly of EV electrical components, assembly of mechanical components. Train the juniors in motor assembly, soldering, sensor installation, Li-ion battery installation and repair. Should be flexible to learn newer things and teach. Should document the processes and continuously improve the process.
