As a Facilitator, you’re not just a team member—you’re the spark that brings our exhibits, experiments, and ideas to life!

🎯 Role Overview The Facilitator is the heartbeat of the MadLabs visitor experience. You’ll guide guests through interactive science and math exhibits, lead engaging demos and activities, and help create unforgettable “wow!” moments. Whether it’s a curious child, a school group, or a family outing—you'll turn every visit into an inspiring adventure.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 🎤 Engage & Inspire: Interact with guests in a fun, approachable way—explain science in simple, exciting language.
• 🧪 Facilitate Experiences: Lead hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and interactive exhibits for guests of all ages.
• 🛠️ Support Exhibit Flow: Assist with exhibit setup, reset, and upkeep to ensure a seamless visitor experience.
• 🤝 Customer Connection: Answer questions, guide activities, and ensure everyone feels welcome and included.
• 💡 Contribute Creatively: Share ideas for improving exhibits, workshops, and visitor engagement strategies.
• 🎉 Assist Events & Workshops: Support school visits, special events, and community outreach programs.

🧠 Preferred Skills & Qualities

• ✔️ Passion for science, education, or interactive learning
• ✔️ Strong communication skills with a flair for storytelling
• ✔️ Energetic, approachable, and confident with diverse age groups
• ✔️ Fluent in Basic English (Kannada,Tamil,Telugu and/or Hindi is a big bonus!)
• ✔️ Background in STEM, arts, education, or communication preferred (but not mandatory)
• ✔️ Prior experience in facilitation, customer service, or education is an advantage
