Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Trainer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales training, communication, and helping teams improve their performance and product knowledge.

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: 25k - 35k In-hand

Working Days: 6 Days Working

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales training sessions for freshers and employees

• Train teams on sales pitches, customer handling, and product knowledge

• Assist in onboarding and performance improvement programs

• Prepare training materials, presentations, and assessments

• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback

• Coordinate with sales and management teams for training requirements

• Support in improving communication and conversion skills of the team

Requirements:

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer interaction

• Confidence in conducting sessions and motivating teams

• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in telesales/inside sales training

• Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting

• Public speaking and team handling abilities
