Job Title: Field Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly active and disciplined Field Executive to handle on-ground business development activities. The role involves identifying potential clients, visiting them physically, presenting our product, and ensuring consistent follow-ups.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and visit potential business units in assigned areas, including:
• Pre-schools / Play Schools
• Pediatric Clinics
• Gynecology Clinics
• IVF Centers
• Residential Welfare Associations (RWA)
• Real Estate Agents
• SPA & Wellness Centers
• Conduct field visits daily to generate leads and business opportunities
• Distribute brochures and explain product offerings clearly
• Deliver presentations and handle client queries effectively
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
• Submit detailed daily reports with:
• Client photos
• Location details
• Visit data with timestamps
• Ensure both quality and quantity of field output
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and strive for 5-star feedback
• Tracking & ReportingEvery field activity will be monitored (micro-management environment)
• Accurate and real-time updates are mandatory
• Failure in reporting standards will be treated seriously
• RequirementsMust own a bike and a smartphone
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and strict targets
• Employment TermsPre-Probation (1 Week)Initial evaluation period to assess sincerity and performance
• Immediate termination if performance is not satisfactory
• Payment will be made for the number of days worked
• Probation Period (3 Months)No public holidays or casual leaves during this period
• Performance will be closely monitored

Termination Clause

The company reserves the right to terminate employment immediately in case of:
