Compensation
Take-Home Salary: ₹22,760 per month
TA/DA: ₹240 per day ( Monthly 6240)
Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month, based on performance
Job Summary
The Pharma Marketing Manager (MM) is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to pharmacies. This role involves building strong relationships with pharmacists, increasing product awareness, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Promote pharmaceutical products to pharmacies
Explain product benefits, dosage, and usage effectively
Schedule and conduct regular visits to pharmacists
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Build and maintain strong professional relationships
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Maintain daily activity reports and submit sales reports to the Area Manager
Note: Ensure both sales generation and product delivery responsibilities are fulfilled
Required Skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Good sales and negotiation skills
Willingness to handle both sales and product delivery
Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products
Effective time management and planning skills
Readiness for fieldwork and travel
BIKE & DL ARE A MUST
