Job Description
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns to promote microcement products and solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and applicators
- Identify and onboard new business partners, project specifiers, and influencers in the construction industry
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions for professionals and clients
- Support the sales team by generating qualified leads from ongoing and upcoming projects
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and architect/contractor meets to increase brand visibility
- Gather and report market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
- Ensure effective availability and presentation of samples, brochures, and marketing materials
- Track campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly activity reports
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
