Avk Building Solutions is seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive sales in the construction and façade industry. The role involves generating leads, promoting construction products, conducting site visits, and building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and consultants.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🚀 Generate leads and explore new business opportunities in the construction sector

🏗️ Promote and sell products like mechanical/chemical anchors, sealants, and façade accessories

🚶 Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients

🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and channel partners

📈 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

📦 Coordinate with technical and logistics teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction

📊 Track competitor activities and provide market insights

📝 Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18 – 35 years

Gender: Male

Education: 12th Pass

English: Intermediate English

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Shift: Day (Full Time)

💰 Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on experience & skills)

Incentive: ₹5,000 (Based on performance)
