DIRECT SALES ASSOCIATE

Hiring: Sales Associates – Direct Sales | Vedantu | Bangalore

Vedantu is hiring energetic and driven Sales Associates for our Direct Sales team based out of

Bangalore.

This is a mixed role:

Field Sales (50%) + Work From Office (50%)

The role focuses on meeting parents of school-going students, understanding their learning

needs, and helping them choose Vedantu’s Tablet Learning Program.

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will:

• Connect with interested parents and schedule meetings at their residence

• Visit customers personally and demonstrate Vedantu’s Tablet Learning Program

• Explain product features, learning outcomes, and benefits to parents and students

• Build trust with families through in-person interactions

• Drive enrollments and achieve sales targets

• Manage end-to-end customer interactions from meeting booking to closure

Key Responsibilities

• Field sales and direct customer interaction

• Travelling across Bangalore for customer meetings

• Conducting face-to-face sales presentations

• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable programs

• Maintaining daily meeting and sales updates

Who Should Apply?

• Candidates with strong communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field sales and travelling within the city

• Passionate about education and customer interaction

• Prior sales experience is preferred, but freshers with strong intent can also apply
