Role Overview:

Aram Experiences Private Limited is looking for a high-energy Field Sales / On-Ground Marketing Executive who is comfortable being out in the market, meeting people, generating leads, and representing the brand actively.

This is a pure field role — you will spend most of your time outside the office building connections and creating opportunities.

We are looking for someone with strong communication, street-smartness, and a go-getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Ground Lead Generation

• Visit corporate offices, venues, co-working spaces, and business hubs
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through direct interaction
• Build a strong network of contacts in the events and corporate ecosystem

Client Interaction & First-Level Pitch

• Initiate conversations with decision-makers and introduce Aram Experiences
• Clearly explain services and create interest for further discussions
• Fix meetings for the sales team / senior management

Brand Visibility & Outreach

• Represent the company confidently in all on-ground interactions
• Distribute company profiles, brochures, and marketing materials
• Support on-ground promotions and activations when required

Market Intelligence

• Gather insights on competitors, pricing trends, and client preferences
• Share real-time feedback from the market with the internal team

Follow-ups & Coordination

• Maintain a record of visits, leads, and conversations
• Coordinate with the sales team for further pitch and closure
• Ensure no potential lead is dropped

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and people skills – non-negotiable
• Highly energetic and comfortable with field work (daily travel required)
• Confident, presentable, and proactive approach
• Strong follow-up and reporting discipline
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• 0–3 years experience in field sales, promotions, or marketing
• Experience in events, hospitality, or B2B outreach is a plus
• Familiarity with Bengaluru corporate areas and business hubs
