Job Description
- Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to maximize coverage in your assigned geographic area.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct "cold" and "warm" outreach to identify potential customers through networking, referrals, and field research.
- Consultative Selling: Meet with decision-makers to understand their pain points and present tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct on-site presentations and live demos of products/services to highlight value propositions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using our CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on local competitor activity and industry trends to provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.
