Job Description for Deployment Manager

Job Summary:

As a Deployment Manager, you'll hit the streets to source, onboard, and activate 50-100+ blue-collar

riders per month. This field-intensive role involves direct outreach in local communities, markets,

and hubs to recruit motivated individuals for delivery roles. Target: gig workers, daily wage earners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-ground sourcing in high-density areas like residential colonies, markets,

industrial zones, and transport hubs to identify potential riders.

• Pitch company benefits (daily payouts, fuel allowances, incentives) and complete instant

onboardings via app demos and document verification.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of 200+ leads through referrals, WhatsApp groups, and local

networks.

• Achieve daily targets with quality onboardings and 80% activation rate within 48 hours.

• Resolve rider queries on-site, conduct basic training on app usage, safety, and routes.

• Report daily metrics (leads, onboardings, activations) via mobile app.

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure rider retention and feedback loops.

• Requirements:

• 1-2 years in field sales, recruitment, or blue-collar hiring (e.g., for delivery, cab services, or

retail).

• HSC/10th pass/Graduate; fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and basic English.

• Two-wheeler with license preferred; comfort navigating Bengaluru traffic.

• Tech-savvy: Proficient with smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic apps.

• Hustler mindset: Target-driven, street-smart, with excellent people skills and resilience in

outdoor work (9-10 hour) shifts.

• Age 22-35; local Bengaluru resident preferred.
