Job Description
Field Service Engineer – Air Compressor Service
We are looking for 8 energetic and technically sound Field Service Engineers to join our service team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work and are comfortable with daily travel to client sites.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct on-site installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of air compressors.
* Diagnose technical issues and perform necessary repairs or part replacements.
* Provide technical support and training to customers on basic machine operation.
* Maintain accurate service reports and documentation for every site visit.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Education: ITI or Diploma holder (Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering).
* Experience: 1–3 years of experience in:
* Automobile service/Engine repair.
* Air compressor maintenance (preferred).
* Any other heavy machinery or industrial equipment service.
* Travel Mobility: Must be willing to travel.
* 85% Local Travel: Within Bangalore.
* 15% Outstation Travel: Across Karnataka.
* Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
