Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission multifunction printers and scanners at customer locations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic servicing of office printing equipment.
• Attend service calls within the assigned SLA and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and spare parts records.
• Educate customers on proper machine operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the technical support team for complex service requirements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous service.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in servicing printers, copiers, or office automation equipment (freshers with technical aptitude may also apply).
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, printer installation, driver configuration).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel across Bengaluru.
