Job Description

  • Key Roles & Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting. Oversee the end-to-end finance and accounting function of the organization.
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate MIS reporting and variance analysis for management decision-making.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership.
  • Controllership & Compliance Act as the Finance Controller, ensuring robust financial governance.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
  • Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.
  • Internal Controls & Risk Management: Design and implement internal financial controls and SOPs.
  • Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure strong process compliance and financial discipline across departments.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams for financial insights.
  • Present financial performance and analysis to senior management.
  • Support strategic initiatives, including business expansion and investments.
