Job Description

Carry out daily inspection of all fire protection systems and maintain records.

Test fire pumps, hydrants, hose reels, sprinklers, MCPs, detectors, hooters, modules, and interfaces as per the maintenance schedule.

Attend fire alarm and system faults, diagnose issues, and restore normal operation.

Inspect fire extinguishers for pressure, physical condition, accessibility, and validity.

Monitor Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) for alarms, faults, supervisory conditions, and system health.

Ensure all fire protection equipment is operational and compliant with statutory requirements.

Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual testing as per applicable standards.

Coordinate with OEMs and AMC vendors during maintenance and statutory inspections.

Participate in fire mock drills and emergency response activities.
