Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the service team during daily operations.
- Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant service.
- Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure accurate service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for timely order delivery.
- Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Train and guide F&B Associates and Stewards.
- Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and attendance.
- Ensure proper billing and payment procedures.
- Upsell food and beverage items whenever appropriate.
- Maintain service quality and follow company SOPs.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations and staff coordination.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food-service standards.
- Support opening and closing procedures and daily outlet checklists.
