Hospital Marketing / Referral Marketing
Location: JP Nagar, Bengaluru
Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (Preferred)
Experience: 3-6 years in Hospital Marketing / Healthcare Industry
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Interview
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Promote hospital services and specialties to external stakeholders
- Generate patient referrals through effective networking and field visits
- Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase hospital outreach
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential referral sources
- Organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities
- Track and report referral performance and market feedback
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent networking and relationship-building ability
- Good understanding of healthcare services and hospital operations
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and in field-based roles
