Job Title: HR Executive

Experience: 1 – 2 Year

Salary:  30,000 to 50,000per month

Location: Basavanagudi/ Gandhi Bazaar

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview
• scheduling and follow-ups
• Support in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR
• databases
• Assist in offer letter and documentation processes
• Handle basic employee queries and HR coordination tasks
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
• Assist seniors in performance tracking and HR operations
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements applicable to the organization

Key Skills Required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and coordinate effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate (HR specialization preferred)
• Candidates with up to 1 to 2 years of experience
