Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for an HR professional responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The role focuses on identifying qualified talent, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle (job posting to offer rollout)
  • Understand hiring requirements with department managers
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical rounds
  • Schedule and manage interviews with hiring teams
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Handle offer negotiations and follow-ups
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires
