Job Description
- Coordinate and oversee the full recruitment process to attract top talent.
- Handle KYC documentation, background verification, and statutory compliance
- Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS, and documentation accurately
- Support implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
- Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
- Manage employee relations issues and provide appropriate conflict resolution.
- Facilitate training and development programs.
