Job Description

  • 1. Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentManage full-cycle recruitment for doctors, nursing staff, technicians, and administrative roles.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and specialized credentialing requirements.
  • Maintain a pipeline of candidates to minimize "bedside" vacancies.
  • 2. Payroll & Compensation ManagementOversee monthly payroll processing, including shift differentials, overtime, and on-call allowances.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of attendance and leave through the Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) or HRIS.
  • Manage annual increments and performance-linked incentive schemes.
  • 3. Statutory ComplianceEnsure 100% adherence to labor laws (e.g., PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Bonus Acts).
  • Maintain all registers and licenses required by local health authorities and labor departments.
  • Manage contract labor compliance for housekeeping or security services.
  • 4. Induction, Training & DevelopmentInduction: Conduct comprehensive orientation for new joins, focusing on hospital culture, safety protocols, and patient privacy (HIPAA/Data Protection).
  • Organize mandatory medical training sessions (BLS/ACLS) and soft-skills workshops for front-office staff.
  • Track certification renewals for clinical staff to ensure medical licenses remain valid.
  • 5. Grievance Handling & Employee RelationsAct as the first point of contact for employee concerns regarding burnout, scheduling, or workplace issues.
  • Conduct formal grievance redressal meetings and disciplinary inquiries when necessary.
  • Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives and "Town Hall" meetings.
