About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Operations Executive who can handle HR coordination along with day-to-day operational activities. The role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and confidence in client interaction.
HR Responsibilities
Handling employee onboarding and documentation
Attendance and leave management
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Coordinating interviews and recruitment activities
Operations Responsibilities
Processing and coordinating customer orders
Coordinating with vendors and internal teams for timely execution
Interacting with clients over phone calls and WhatsApp
Creating basic PPT presentations for clients
