Job Title: Non-IT Bulk Hiring Recruiter / HR Executive

About the Role
ACTIO HR Services is looking for dynamic and target-driven recruiters to manage high-volume (bulk) hiring for Non-IT roles across industries such as E-commerce, Logistics, Retail, and Supply Chain.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end bulk recruitment for Non-IT roles (Delivery Executives, Warehouse Associates, Pickers/Packers, Store Executives, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field sourcing
- Conduct telephonic screening & initial interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
- Maintain daily call targets (80–120 calls/day)
- Ensure timely closures and joining of candidates
- Maintain and update candidate databases (Excel/ATS)
- Coordinate with operations and clients for hiring requirements
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: PUC / Any Degree
- Experience: Freshers or experienced in bulk hiring
- Languages: English + Hindi + Kannada (Tamil/Telugu is an added advantage)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Required SkillsHigh-volume hiring experience (preferred)
- Target-oriented and pressure-handling ability
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & job portals
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 + Attractive Incentives
