Job Description
Lookinf for HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying staff needs to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent. They source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill vacancies efficiently while strengthening the company's employer brand.
Core Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Advertising: Find potential candidates via social media (LinkedIn), job boards, and professional networks. Create and publish engaging job descriptions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and applications, conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews, and administer skill assessments.
- Hiring Process Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to identify needs, shortlist candidates, and facilitate interviews.
