## Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Inbound Sales Associates to handle incoming customer enquiries related to loan products. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable loan offerings, addressing queries, and converting qualified leads into successful sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from customers interested in loan products.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.

* Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and repayment options.

* Build trust with customers through professional communication.

* Convert customer enquiries into successful sales.

* Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.

* Follow up with prospective customers to complete the sales process.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

* Coordinate with internal teams for application processing whenever required.
