Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive franchise sales (B2B) in the preschool segment.
The role involves engaging with potential partners, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful franchise closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for preschool franchise sales
- Explain business models and franchise opportunities to prospects
- Conduct calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients
- Maintain strong pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchise partners
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
🎯Requirements:
Experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Franchise Sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Basic understanding of preschool/education industry is a plus
