Insurance Manager

We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Insurance & Wealth Management Executive to support customers in planning, protecting, and growing their wealth. The role involves advising clients on insurance products, basic investment options, and long-term financial planning while building strong client relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInsurance AdvisoryExplain life, health, motor, and general insurance products clearly to clients
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Assist with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and claims coordination
• Wealth Management SupportEducate clients on basic wealth management concepts and financial planning
• Support sales of investment-linked insurance and savings products
• Help clients understand risk profiling and long-term wealth goals
• Client Relationship ManagementHandle client queries professionally and build long-term relationships
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Follow up with existing clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities
• Compliance & DocumentationEnsure all sales and processes comply with regulatory guidelines
• Maintain proper KYC and policy documentation
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong knowledge of insurance products (Life, Health, General)
• Basic understanding of wealth management & financial planning
• Good communication skills in English (Kannada/Hindi is a plus)
• Customer-oriented mindset with consultative selling skills
• Ability to explain financial concepts in a simple manner
• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
