Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Drafting: Create detailed floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and spatial layouts using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
  • Sales & Client Management: Meet clients to understand requirements, present design concepts, negotiate proposals, and close sales.
  • Interior Design & Styling: Select materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture that align with client budgets and aesthetic goals.
  • Site Coordination: Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
  • Estimation & Documentation: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), estimates, and project budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, Lumion, or Revit.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial designing.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
