International Voice Process Agent

About the Role:

We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated International Voice Process Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our global customers, delivering top-notch service, resolving queries, and representing our brand with excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Handling: Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls from international clients (US/UK/Canada/Australia).
• Query Resolution: Understand customer pain points, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
• Process Compliance: Adhere strictly to company policies, call scripts, and quality standards.
• Sales/Upselling (if applicable): Explain product features and upsell/cross-sell services to existing customers.
• Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM database.
• Feedback & Improvements: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and provide customer feedback to the team. [1, 2]

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Any Graduate / 10+2 / Diploma holder.
• Communication Skills: Mandatory - Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English (Neutral or US/UK accent is an added advantage).
• Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in rotational night shifts and US/UK time zones.
• Typing Speed: Minimum of 25-30 WPM with basic computer navigation skills.
• Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and highly capable of handling irate customers professionally.
