IT Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with 1–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support and network administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting Active Directory, LAN/WAN networks, DHCP, DNS, CCTV systems, and various network devices to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

·      Manage and support Windows Server environments.

·      Handle Active Directory Domain Services (ADDC/AD DS) administration.

·      Create and manage users, groups, policies, and access permissions.

·      Monitor server health, backups, and system performance.

·      Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.

·      Manage DHCP and DNS services.

·      Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi devices.

·      Monitor network performance and ensure uptime availability.

·      Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems.

·      Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end users.

·      Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues.

·      Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

·      Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for internet/network-related issues.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

·      CCNA, MCSA, Network+, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.

Experience Required

1 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / Network Support.

Additional Requirements

·      Willingness to travel to branch offices if required.

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle critical incidents.
