Are you passionate about jewellery, love working with people, and have a flair for sales? Join our team at PKB Jewellers💎💫 in Jayanagar as a Sales Executive, where elegance meets opportunity. You’ll be the face of our showroom, guiding customers through an exceptional shopping experience.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

* Greet customers with warmth and professionalism

* Understand customer needs and preferences in jewellery (gold, diamond, silver, platinum, etc.)

* Present and explain product details, designs, and pricing clearly

* Recommend items based on occasion, style, and budget

* Handle price negotiations, offer details on discounts, schemes, and EMI options

* Build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits

* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

* Ensure merchandise is handled with care and displays are well-maintained

* Work with billing and support staff for seamless transactions

* Capture customer data for CRM and follow-ups

* Assist in stock checks, inventory management, and store upkeep

* Stay updated on trends, new collections, and product knowledge

Required Skills:

* Strong selling and persuasion skills

* Excellent communication in English and local languages

* Polished interpersonal and customer service abilities

* Sound knowledge of jewellery types, karats, and certifications

* Well-groomed, confident, and presentable demeanor

* Basic computer and billing system knowledge (POS experience a plus)

* Patience, professionalism, and attention to detail

🎓 Qualifications:

* Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate

* Experience in jewellery/luxury retail is an advantage

* Freshers with excellent communication and customer skills are welcome

Working Hours:

10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

6 Days a Week (Rotational Weekly Off)
