Position OverviewTetra Edge Infra is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling assigned leads, presenting company solutions to clients, generating business opportunities, and managing online tender applications through various government and private procurement portals.
This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in client presentations, and familiarity with tender documentation and submission processes.
- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & SalesFollow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into business opportunities.
- Meet prospective clients and deliver company presentations professionally.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and decision-makers.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular updates on sales activities and client interactions.
- Tender & Portal ManagementHandle registrations and updates on online tender portals (Government & Private).
- Monitor relevant tender opportunities on platforms such as GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals, and other procurement websites.
- Prepare and submit tender documents within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and documentation standards.
- Presentation & CoordinationDeliver effective presentations to clients both online and offline.
- Represent the company during meetings, exhibitions, and business events.
- Maintain presentation materials, company profiles, and proposal documents.
- Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Tender Coordination preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of online tender portals and bidding processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to handle client meetings independently.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in infrastructure, engineering, construction, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with field visits and client interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines efficiently.
