Junior Account Executive

Accounting & Daily Operations

• Maintain accurate books of accounts on a day-to-day basis
• Record daily payment and receipt entries
• Bank & cash reconciliations
• Monitor accounts payable and receivables

Statutory Compliance

• GST Compliance:

1. Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
2. Reconciliation with GSTR-2B
3. Input tax credit tracking and reversals

TDS & TCS Compliance:

1. Monthly calculation, payment & return filing
2. Issuance of Form 16 / 16A
3. Ensure timely statutory payments and filings

Cash Flow & Projections

1. Prepare payment projections and cash flow forecasts
2. Provide weekly / monthly fund requirement reports to management
3. Track due dates and optimize payment scheduling

Banking & Reporting

• Prepare and submit financial data and MIS reports to banks on a timely basis,

including:

• Stock statements
• Book debt statements
• Coordinate with banks for queries, audits,
• Support working capital limits and compliance reporting

MIS & Management Reporting

1. • Prepare monthly MIS reports for management
2. • Support budgeting and variance analysis
3. • Assist in audit coordination (statutory, tax, internal)
