Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and generate customer interest.
- Explain Snabbit’s services and benefits clearly to customers.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper call records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide a positive experience.
- Achieve daily and weekly lead generation targets.
- Use provided lead data effectively for customer outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status.
