MBA Freshers – Management Trainee (Sales)

Location: Bangalore (On-site) | Company: Tassel Ventures

Salary & Incentives

  • ₹32,000 Fixed Salary
  • Up to ₹50,000 Incentives (Higher incentives for top performers)
  • Earn up to ₹85,000/month with bigger earning potential

Job Role

  • Handle customer site visits
  • Explain property details and pricing
  • Do regular follow-ups (Call/WhatsApp)
  • Convert leads into bookings

Work Timings

  • Weekdays: 12 PM – 8 PM
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Monday Fixed Off

Eligibility

  • MBA (Marketing/Sales) – Freshers
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
  • Confident and customer-facing personality
