Motion Graphic Designer

📌 Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Artist and Video Editor who can handle end-to-end video production across multiple formats. The ideal candidate should be versatile in editing styles and capable of delivering high-quality content for digital platforms, corporate needs, and marketing campaigns.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality videos across various formats, including:
• Podcasts (audio & video)
• Social media content (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• YouTube videos (long-form & short-form)
• Corporate and business videos
• Advertisements and promotional content
• Interview and talking-head videos
• Event videos (corporate events, highlights, etc.)
• Educational / e-learning content
• Music videos
• Cinematic storytelling (short films, documentaries)
• Collaborate with the creative team for storyboarding and pre-production planning.
• Perform multi-camera editing and syncing.
• Trim footage, cut sequences, and ensure smooth flow and storytelling.
• Add transitions, effects, and graphics to enhance video quality.
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity.
• Optimise videos for different platforms and formats.

🎨 Motion Graphics & Advanced Editing

• Create and integrate motion graphics and animations (2D/3D basics)
• Work on visual effects (VFX), including green screen and compositing
• Design lower thirds, titles, and infographics
• Apply kinetic typography and animated elements where required.

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong understanding of video editing principles and storytelling
• Experience in editing for multiple platforms and formats
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as:
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Final Cut Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good sense of pacing, timing, and visual composition
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Color grading and color correction
• Sound design and audio enhancement
• Subtitling and captioning (manual & auto tools)
• Knowledge of transitions, effects, and advanced editing techniques
• Experience with multi-camera editing workflows
• Basic understanding of branding and content strategy
