Role Overview: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused 2D & 3D Designer who can bring brand ideas to life through visually compelling designs and spatial experiences. The role involves working on event setups, exhibition stalls, retail branding, activations, and digital creatives, ensuring designs are both aesthetically powerful and practically executable. 

Key Responsibilities: Creative Design & Visualization:

• Develop 2D graphics and 3D designs for events, exhibitions, activations, and retail branding

• Create 3D stall designs, stage setups, kiosks, and experiential zones

• Design retail branding elements including store layouts, VM elements, signage, and in-store branding

• Produce high-quality renders and visualizations for client presentations

Concept Development:

• Understand client briefs and translate them into innovative creative concepts • Collaborate with BD and Client Servicing teams for pitch presentations and proposals • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and brand experiences 

Execution Alignment:

• Work closely with operations and production teams to ensure designs are feasible and executable

• Prepare working drawings, technical drawings, and print-ready files

• Ensure designs align with material specifications, budgets, and timelines

Branding & Digital Design:

• Create 2D creatives for branding, OOH, and digital campaigns

• Design collaterals such as banners, backdrops, standees, brochures, and digital assets

• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs 

Quality & Innovation:

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies in experiential and retail design

• Ensure high standards of visual quality, detailing, and creativity

• Continuously bring fresh ideas and innovation to projects 

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in 2D & 3D designing (Preferably in Experiential Marketing, Events, Exhibitions, Retail Branding, or Advertising industry)

• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D designs, stall designs, and branding work

• Good understanding of materials, fabrication, and execution feasibility

Software Skills:

• 3D Software: SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender (any one or more)

• Rendering Tools: V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape (preferred)

• 2D Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
