Nurse

Okto Healthcare is looking for a skilled and responsible ANM Nurse to provide safe and professional healthcare services at patients’ homes. The nurse will visit patients as per scheduled appointments and perform basic nursing procedures, diagnostic support services, and home-based clinical assistance under proper medical guidance.

Key ResponsibilitiesThe ANM Nurse will be responsible for:

• Visiting patients’ homes for scheduled healthcare services.
• Installing and conducting ECG at home.
• Setting up and removing ABPM monitors at home.
• Performing baby ear piercing safely using proper sterile precautions.
• Supporting NPWT dressing/device setup and monitoring, as per doctor instructions.
• Performing IV cannula insertion where clinically appropriate.
• Providing suction care for patients requiring airway secretion management.
• Administering injections at home as prescribed by a registered doctor.
• Assisting with basic wound care, dressing support, and patient observation.
• Checking and recording basic vitals such as BP, pulse, SpO₂, temperature, and respiratory rate.
• Maintaining proper infection-control practices during all procedures.
• Explaining basic care instructions to patients and attendants.
• Ensuring proper handling, cleaning, and return of equipment after every visit.
• Updating visit details, patient notes, photos if required, and service completion status to the office/team.
• Coordinating with doctors, coordinators, and senior clinical staff when escalation is needed.
• Required QualificationANM qualification from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration, wherever applicable.
• Prior experience in home healthcare, clinic, hospital, or diagnostic services preferred.
• Training or experience in ECG, ABPM, cannula insertion, suction, injections, and wound care is preferred.
• Skills RequiredGood hands-on nursing skills.
• Ability to travel for home visits.
• Polite and professional patient communication.
• Basic understanding of infection control and sterile technique.
• Ability to follow doctor’s instructions accurately.
• Responsible handling of medical equipment.
• Basic phone/app usage for updating visit status and reports.
• Calm and confident approach while dealing with patients and families.
