Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and communicative Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career and training programs offered by our institute. The counsellor will play a key role in admissions, student engagement, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries and convert them into enrollments
  • Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses (CAD, CAE, IT, Tally, etc.)
  • Maintain student records and follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp
  • Explain course details, fees, duration, and certification benefits
  • Coordinate with trainers and management for smooth course delivery
  • Help students with registration, payments, and document verification
  • Participate in events, seminars, and outreach activities
