Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle inward goods processing, checking received items against purchase orders, invoices and challans.
- Prepare and coordinate outward customer dispatches with correct documents and packing details.
- Maintain stock accuracy through regular inventory counts and basic stock records.
- Verify PO, invoice, challan and dispatch details before handoff.
- Coordinate with accounts for supporting documents, reports and inventory-related records.
- Follow up internally for pending material, dispatch status and documentation closure.
Requirements:
- 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate candidates may apply.
- Freshers are welcome if they are detail-oriented and willing to learn inventory and dispatch work.
- Basic English is enough; candidate should be comfortable with numbers, documents and simple computer entries.
- This is an office/warehouse operations role based at Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru.
