Job Description
About CompanyTiny Tummy (Organic Parent) is a healthy kids meal brand providing nutritious school meals, snacks, and health drinks for children. We are looking for an energetic and responsible person to coordinate kitchen operations, customer communication, packaging, delivery, and sales support.
Job Responsibilities: Kitchen & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen team for daily food production.
- Ensure meals are prepared and packed on time.
- Monitor food quality, quantity, and dispatch readiness.
- Coordinate kitchen workflow for smooth daily operations.
Packaging & Delivery Management
- Supervise meal packaging and order accuracy.
- Coordinate with delivery team for timely dispatch.
- Track daily deliveries and resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure proper labeling and order handling.
Customer Coordination
- Handle parent/customer calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Manage customer concerns, feedback, and order updates.
- Coordinate with schools for meal schedules and requirements.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
Sales & Subscription Follow-up
- Follow up with leads and customer inquiries.
- Support subscription renewals and repeat orders.
- Promote meal plans, healthy snacks, and health drinks.
- Help grow school and preschool partnerships.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (English + Kannada/Tamil/Hindi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Sheets)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food, restaurant, catering, cloud kitchen, or operations preferred
Qualification
- Any Degree / Diploma / PUC
- Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with strong coordination skills can also apply)
Working Hours
- Morning shift preferred (as per kitchen operations)
- Flexibility during peak orders or events
