Job SummaryThe Retail Associate will support day-to-day store operations by assisting customers, handling billing, maintaining product displays, and ensuring high standards of service and hygiene in line with The Organic World’s commitment to organic and sustainable living.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance
• Support sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable organic products
• Handle billing and POS operations accurately
• Maintain proper stocking, shelf arrangement, and product rotation
• Check product quality, freshness, and expiry dates
• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and visual standards
• Assist in receiving stock and inventory counts
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Coordinate with store supervisors/managers for daily tasks
• Key RequirementsMinimum 6 months experience in retail, grocery, or FMCG
• Basic understanding of customer service and store operations
• Willingness to learn about organic products and healthy living
• Good communication skills in local language and basic English
• Ability to stand for long hours and work in shifts/weekends
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-focused
• Preferred SkillsExperience in supermarket or specialty food retail
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems
