Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and reliable Part-Time Retail Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, promote products, achieve sales targets, and ensure an excellent shopping experience while maintaining high standards of store presentation. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Drive sales by promoting current offers, new arrivals, and value-added products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain product displays, replenish stock, and ensure the store is clean and organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to the Store Manager.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist with stock receiving, tagging, merchandising, and inventory counts.
• Follow company policies, store procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
• Support the team during promotional events, festive sales, and peak business periods.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is an advantage).
• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Freshers with excellent communication and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems is preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise when required.

Working Hours
