Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. You will be responsible for creating customized workout programs, guiding clients toward their fitness goals, and ensuring safe, effective, and motivating training sessions.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct fitness assessments and understand clients’ health history, goals, and limitations.
• Design personalized workout plans tailored to individual needs.
• Demonstrate correct exercise techniques and ensure proper form.
• Provide motivation, support, and accountability to clients.
• Monitor progress and adjust programs as necessary.
• Educate clients on nutrition, lifestyle, and healthy habits.
• Maintain a clean and safe training environment.
• Promote gym services, classes, and events to encourage member participation.
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and certifications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certification in personal training (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• CPR/AED certification (preferred).
• Prior experience as a personal trainer or fitness coach.
• Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and injury prevention.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to adapt workouts to different fitness levels and needs.
• Professional, punctual, and energetic personality.
