Job Title: Packers & Movers Field Relationship Manager

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Packers & Movers Sales Executive to promote and sell Packers & Movers services. The company will provide qualified customer leads. The candidate will be responsible for meeting customers, understanding their relocation requirements, explaining the available services and subscription plans, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet customers assigned through company-generated leads.
• Understand customers' moving and relocation requirements.
• Explain Packers & Movers services, pricing, and subscription plans.
• Convince customers to purchase the most suitable relocation package.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide end-to-end assistance during the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
